Enter each player as a line in the Players enum.  The format is -

Name 		Shot	Defense	X	F(2)	+	FT%	R

Calculations assume an inside player is not guarded by the opposing
intimidator.  The output is the player name, the expected points per
shot, and the percentage chance of drawing a foul.
