Enter players at the bottom of the script.  The first field is
descriptive. The middle two fields need to correspond to the player
page on http://basketball-reference.com.  For example Kawhi Leonard's
page is at http://www.basketball-reference.com/players/l/leonaka01.
Data for all players is their name, PER, WS/48, and mpg.  The final
field determines additional fields.  For big men use "b" to display
their block rating (20 is the max, for a block every 10 minutes).  For
point guards use "y" to display both assists and turnovers per 48
minutes.
